Chef Brian Mckenna Tours Tianjin to Prsent The Most Remarkable Mordern European Cuisine

altChef Brian McKenna, invited by Executive Chef Ornato of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, will present the extraordinarily modern European cuisine and bring an unprecedented Michelin dining experience to guests in Tianjin from July 8 to July 9, showcasing the pinnacle of his culinary talent at the top of the world.  
 
British-born Brian McKenna is one of the most charismatic and prominent chefs of his generation. Throughout his career he has graced countless 3 Star Michelin-Star restaurants, becoming head chef of Le Poussin in the UK aged just 21, working alongside some of the great European chefs of our time such as Alex Aitken, Kevin Mangeolles and Nigel Goodwin. 
 
Classically trained, Brian has earned a reputation for putting together traditional cooking methods and highly creative dish designs. A love affair with Asian spices brought Brian to Beijing in 2007, where he has since established himself as not just a leading talent in modern European cuisine but also as a restaurateur - owning, operating and managing over 40 restaurants and special events.
 
Brian and his restaurants have won numerous awards and accolades including: ‘Chef of the Year’ by Food and Wine Magazine Asia, ‘Restaurant of the Year’ by Time Out Beijing and ‘Chef of the Year Asia’ by Tatler. He is the recipient of the coveted Five Star Diamond Award, a prestigious designation for the highest rating in hospitality possible.  
 
Since the opening of The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin, the Executive Chef Ornato has been inviting prestigious Chefs in the worldwide to present the art of craftsmanship of culinary to guests in Tianjin, creating numerous unforgettable dining memories and leading the trend of food and beverage in Tianjin. This time, spreading a platform of high impact and energy, and marrying traditional flavors with special techniques will be Chef Brian McKenna offering guests a new definition of European cuisine.
