Prego calls their philosophy sharing with friends and family. Isn’t that what a beautiful table is all about? Sharing days, thoughts, laughs, flavours, a cup of delicate wine.

At Prego the real dining experience starts at the entrance. The walls are wooden-carved, perfectly decorated with Italian cooking elements, as a fine preview of what comes next. Meaning “you’re welcome” in Dante’s language, that’s right to the point, you’ll feel welcome, comfortable, in an elegant and refined ambience, but surprisingly and positively far from the intimidating flaunt of good restaurants.

The food is authentic Italian, with original ingredients. From the mozzarella and tomato pesto made with fresh basil leaves, to the bread drizzled with Italian olive oil accompanied by the very best wines from world famous wineries, nothing fails to give your palate a truly superb meal.

And of course behind each perfumed dish and drop of Bacchus’ gift there’s always a dedicated creation by a very talented and warm team. From the expertise of the chef to the attentiveness of the waiters, everything is harmonized to be treating you with detailed attention, without ever causing discomfort. No wonder guests feel like feasting Roman nobles.

On the night of April 15, Prego formally opened doors to all lovers of this passionate cuisine, undoubtedly one of the most deservedly famous in the world.
The scrumptious dinner was shared by a very cheerful group of friends. The beautifully served platter of ham and melon and the vero tiramisu were a success, causing the delight and promise of returning over and over gain.

Entertainment didn’t miss the party, and proof of uniqueness and taste was the presence of oenologist Noel Chi, recommending to guests wines to go better with certain dishes. Chef Eric Ong was kind enough to visit each table and serve an exquisite platter of cheeses to go with the wine.

Certainly, a wonderful evening for savouring and tasting, accompanied by the echoes of Italian music legends.

And until May 31 you can Delight yourself and please your appetite with a 3-course set lunch or dinner, including appetizer, main course and dessert, for only 101CNY.

What you feel like when you visit Prego? To have a taste of the entire menu and wish time could stand still for a while, so that you can have a further piece of your own Italian haven.
