From February 16th, Hebei District will adjust the scope of the lockdown areas, control areas and prevention areas.
 

1. Unblock No.3 Shuyuanli, Ningyuan Street from lockdown area.
 

2. Shuyuanli, Ningyuan Street, releases the management of the control area, and the enclosed area of Yangyuchi Road (from Zhongshan North Road) - Jinzhonghe Street - Yuhong Road Side Road - Zhongshan North Road (from Yangyuchi Road as the end point) is released from the prevention area management.
 

3. No.17 Fuyingzhou Garden, Jianchangdao Street adjust to management and control area.

从2022年2月16日1时起，宁园街舒园里3号楼解除封控区管理，宁园街舒园里解除管控区管理，养鱼池路（中山北路为起点）-金钟河大街-育红路辅路-中山北路（养鱼池路为终点）围合区域解除防范区管理。同时，以上区域解除人员、交通管控限制措施。集中隔离、居家管理、居家隔离、居家医学观察等人员未满规定时限的，继续按照管控政策进行管理。
 

从2022年2月16日1时起，建昌道街富瀛洲花园17号楼解除封控区管理。由于该区域仍处于管控区范围内，因此解封后的富瀛洲花园17号楼按照管控区管理。
 

其余封控区、管控区、防范区范围不变。
 

封控区实行“区域封闭、足不出户、服务上门”。管控区实行“人不出社区、严禁聚集”，每户每2天可批准1人在严格做好个人防护的前提下，到指定地点购买生活物资。防范区居民做好自我健康监测，定期进行核酸检测，非必要不离开防范区。
 

解封不等于解防，当前疫情防控形势依然严峻，请居民朋友继续做好戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、不聚集等防护要求，齐心协力、群防群控，共同打赢疫情防控硬仗。
