Tianjin reported 4 new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases on Feb 28, according to the municipal COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters.
All the newly logged cases were discovered among people under quarantine in the hospital.

Case 16 is a 28 years old female who lives in Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, mild case, she was tested positive on Feb 27.
Case 17 is a 24 years old male who lives in Huaming Street, Dongli District, mild case, he she was tested positive on Feb 28.
Case 18 is a 28 years old female who lives in Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, mild case, she was tested positive on Feb 28.
Case 19 is a 21 years old female who lives in Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, mild case, she was tested positive on Feb 28.
Beichen District and Dongli District designated restriction areas
Lockdown areas (Red Health Code):
- Building 1, No. 38, Changyingli, Beicang Town, Beichen District;
- Building 13, Tangyayuan, Huaming Street, Dongli District;
- Building 23, Weixiu Garden, Chengshizhiguang, Wanxin Street, Dongli District
Management and control areas (Orange Health Code):
- Changyingli, Beicang Town (except Building 1, No. 38), Beichen District;
- Building 1-12, 14-19, Tangyayuan, Huaming Street, Dongli District;
- Weixiu Garden, Chengshizhiguang, Wanxin Street, Dongli District (except Building 23)
Residents in lockdown areas are not allowed to leave their homes. All their daily necessities are delivered to their homes by community workers.
In the control areas, residents can leave their homes but must stay in the confines of their own community, allowing them to purchase groceries locally.
