The Chinese mainland on Tuesday reported 380 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases, of which 264 were in Hainan Province, the National Health Commission said on Wednesday.

北京、上海23日均无新增本土感染者。重庆昨天新增本土确诊病例21例，新增本土无症状感染者19例，“8•03”疫情以来，重庆已连续发生15起本土疫情，关联5个源头8个链条。其中，“8•16”沙坪坝疫情和“8•22”九龙坡疫情仍有社会面传播风险。总体来看，当前重庆疫情发展尚未见底，面临较大的不确定性，疫情防控形势严峻复杂。
 

河北23日新增本土无症状感染者10例，其中保定8例、邯郸2例，均为外省返冀及其关联人员，其中保定涿州最早是在重点人群中发现初筛阳性。湖北武汉今早通报，在常态化核酸筛查发现2例无症状感染者。
 

海南23日通报，新增感染人数连续5天下降，三亚疫情逐步得到控制，多个涉疫市（县）已实现社会面清零，疫情防控稳中向好的形势得到进一步巩固。昨天，三亚第一酒店方舱医院正式宣布关舱。截至22日20时，海南已有序组织全省17.5万名旅客顺利返程。
