Starting from Monday, British Airways has officially resumed round-trip passenger flights between London Heathrow Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport once a day.

After the restrictions on international passenger flights were eased on January 8, Shanghai airports have opened 56 international destinations in 32 countries and regions, including Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, and Taiwan.

As the May Day holiday approaches, 13 domestic and foreign airlines will resume flights to Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

In addition, China Airlines' Shanghai to Frankfurt route, Shanghai to London route, and Shanghai to Milan route, KLM's Shanghai to Amsterdam route, and Air New Zealand's Shanghai to Auckland route will all run once a day.
