On 24 August, Shenfubao Tianjin Creative Industrial Park began construction in Zhangjiawo Town Model Industrial Park, Xiqing District, Tianjin Municipality.
Shenfubao Tianjin Creative Industrial Park was invested in by the Shenzhen Shenfubao Group Company. According to the planning and design, the park occupies 333.3 thousand square meters with the construction area 500 thousand square meters and a total investment 2 billion yuan. Regional Headquarters Economic Park, Creative Industrial Park and mating commercial facilities will be constructed to build new-pattern industrial park and business establishing base. 400 or so promising enterprises will be stationed here, and the total annual output value is expected to reach 15 billion yuan and tax 1.5 billion yuan.
