On November 25th in commemoration of Thanksgiving was held in Radisson Hotel at Café@66 a large meal, guests gorged themselves in the spectacular buffet  that was served specially for the night. Featuring all the traditional delicacies of this American/ Canadian  holiday such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, roasted ribs and the centerpiece of the evening a large beautifully roasted turkey with perfect bread stuffing.  Apart from the traditional dishes of the holiday, a seafood bar and a Chinese food corner were also featured to satisfy everyone’s cravings and tastes.

The night started at 6:30 when guests arrived at the hotel, with conversations between wine and beers. During the event many lucky draw prizes were given out such as  stays in the hotel and free meals at the hotel’s restaurants.

Thanksgiving was traditionally a day to give thanks to a bountiful harvest. Nowadays it has become a holiday to be united with friends and family, with that thought in mind all spirits were set for a relaxing evening,  that joined friends and families together under the spirits of friendship and gratitude.  Feasting and celebrating the approaching end of another year.
