A North Carolina company that specializes in moving goods around the world is opening a new trading center in China.
Raleigh-based Longistics is announcing Thursday that its trading hall opening in the spring will offer U.S. companies a secure environment to display their products and services.
Potential buyers are allowed into the exhibition center, which is located at a business park similar to Research Triangle Park in Suzhou.
Longistics is partnering with a local Chinese company and plans to sign up 50 U.S.-based companies within a year to show off their goods for buyers in the fast-growing market.
