As the first element of infrastructure in the Sino-Singaporean Tianjin eco-city, the eco-business street will open this May. Twelve famous brands in China have already signed contracts to settle here while the interior decoration is still ongoing.
The eco-city business street has a convenient location, with the eco-service center located to the north, both the rail transit hub and the science park to the south, and high-class residential compounds to its eastern and western sides.
The business street has an area of 3.03 hectares and a built area around 80,000 square metres, divided into an overground area (60,000 m2) and underground area (20,000m2). First-class office buildings, high-end business districts and all-inclusive apartments are the main sections. The business street offers nine kinds of services, consisting of regular office work, finance, public welfare facilities, sports and leisure, retail, dining, hotels and apartments, tenement and square show.
Renewable energy sources like geothermal heat pumps and solar energy, as well as advanced garbage disposal systems, are applied in the business street, making it a prime example of environmental protection and sustainable development.
