From Sept 1st to 4th, during the period of the China Tourism Industries Festival, the 2nd China-Tianjin International Yacht Exhibition will be held at Binhai International Exhibition Centre. Residents will be able to enjoy the theme of “Yacht Times Life”.
Sponsored by The State bureau of Tourism, Tianjin & Binhai Municipal Government, and presented by the Chinese Tourism Association, Tianjin Tourism Administration & Binhai New Area Commission of Commerce, this exhibition will feature domestic & international first-line brands of the yacht industry, including Jeanneau of France, Ferretti of Italy, Princess of Great Britain, Cruisers of The United States, and Red Double Happiness, Sun Bird, and Yihong from China.
Meanwhile, many kinds of activities will be held during the exhibition, such as yacht test drives, an F1 motorboat show, and a luxury wine party among others. Residents will truly be able to enjoy the yachting lifestyle.
During the 12th five-year plan period, four main yacht clubs are scheduled to be developed. Specifically, these consist of the central fishing harbor, Binhai tourism area, Dongjiang port area, and Haihe bund. Moreover, a headquarters for ocean leisure is going to be built as well. By the end of 2015, the quantity of yacht berths will number more than 3,000 and a yacht industry group will be formed, along with three simultaneously-developed domains comprising yacht-manufacturing, yacht exhibition, and a yacht club.
