On August 8th and 9th, The Westin Tianjin, a member of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, hosted a recruitment fair themed “Reach Your Potential, Start Your Career Journey with The Westin Tianjin” at its pre-opening location. The hotel offered more than 250 vacancies from front of the house to heart of the house as well as management positions. Those chosen to become Westin associates will have the opportunity to experience superb training programs and further employment advancements. Also on display were the Westin’s specialty items including its celebrated Heavenly Bed®. Attendees were invited to indulge their senses by testing the extraordinarily luxurious bed or practicing yoga coached by a professional yoga master while waiting for their interviews. Overall, the event was successful and broke Tianjin’s record to reach 1,658 candidates in two days.
